All transactions are solely between users.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Users must:

  • Accept full responsibility for account activity
  • Understand that the Platform may require MFA and verification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not follow guidelines.

4. User Compliance

  • Ask users to submit identity and financial documentation
  • Use third-party verification services
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail to comply

5. User Roles & Responsibilities

As a borrower, users must:

  • Provide accurate project, financial, and other necessary data or information
  • Not misrepresent deals

As a lender, users must;

  • Comply with applicable lending and securities laws
  • Perform independent due diligence

6. Credits and Payments

Users can purchase subscriptions or credits for certain actions, like unlocking contact info. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Pricing may change at any time.

7. Communication and Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
  • Harass or spam other users
  • Bypass the platform to avoid fees

8. Intellectual Property

Platform content, software, and branding are the sole property of PML Connection.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content, but grant us a license to use it.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

Use of the platform is governed by the PML Connection Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Users are responsible for resolving disputes. The Platform may act as a mediator, but is not liable for anything.

US-based binding arbitration may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

PML Connection is not liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Failed or lost deals
  • User misconduct

12. Termination

We hold the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:

  • Violation of these terms or privacy policy guidelines
  • Engagement in fraud or misconduct
  • Regulatory concerns

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
